Lord, forgive me for defiling your holy temple - it is one of the prayers that come to heart when we read the Uncursed Retreat manual. 

This prayer is a realization of God's graciousness for building us up as His temple.  Then realizing we have not handled that temple according to His standard breaks our heart and brings us into repentance and asking Him to forgive. 

Our God is ever listening and waiting for us to return, regardless of how far we might have gone.  Importantly, since He is the God who hears, let us beware so we do not fall into the pit He's delivered us from.

We are Uncursed! Christ has set us free from the curses that easily beset us.
